  • Before starting replacement, turn of the device and disconnect all cords.
  • Close the device, lay it face down, and remove the battery.

  • Open the device with the keyboard and screen showing.

  • Grab the edge of the keyboard and use a plastic opening tool to pry the keyboard upward and out.
  • Use force until the keyboard pops off from the device’s main frame.

  • Manually remove the keyboard from the device.
