- Open the device with the keyboard and screen showing.

- Loosen the chosen key by prying all four corners with a plastic opening tool.
- Push the plastic opening tool under the key and carefully pull upwards until the key comes loose and pops off.

- Slowly grab the loose key away from the keyboard.
- Be careful to leave the plastic pieces underneath the key in tact and unmoved. If plastic pieces do get moved, take tweezers and lift them back into place.
