When the netbook is turned on the screen is white.
You will have to open the device and replace the ribbon cable.
If a fn + another key combination is not working properly
Download and install Easy Display Manager/Easy Settings from the Samsung Download Center. See the Samsung troubleshooting here.
The audio crackles or has a high pitched sound when I play a music file.
Make sure there is no hardware issue by listening to the music file via headphones. If the music sounds normal then there is a hardware issue.
You will have to open the device and replace the speakers.
The netbook is making a lot of noise and is overheating. This can also cause the netbook to run very slow.
You will have to open the device and clean the air vent.
