- Remove the three 6.6 mm screws on the back of the computer using the Phillips #0 screwdriver.

- Insert the spudger in one of the top notches of the window and work your way to the other side until you achieve complete separation of the panel.

- Using your hands, spread the locking mechanism apart to free the RAM.
- Remove the RAM from the device.
- Repeat this step for any additional RAM.
