Place your phone in the charging station to charge the battery. If the phone does not start to charge, then your battery could be faulty. In that case, refer to the Battery Replacement Guide.
If there is an issue with your keypad it may prevent your power button from working correctly. In that case, refer to the Keypad Replacement Guide.
If the key pad buttons are non-responsive, they need to be replaced. Refer to the Keypad Replacement Guide.
The keypad buttons might be loose or broken. Look over the keypad closely, and if that is the issue then refer to the Keypad Replacement Guide.
Replace the battery when it no longer provides acceptable performance. Refer to the Battery Replacement Guide.
Make sure the charging cable is securely inserted.

Volume setting is too low. You can adjust the earpiece volume during a call using the volume key on the side of your phone. Briefly press the volume key to increase or decrease the volume.
Your volume button might be loose or broken. Refer to the Volume Button Replacement Guide if that is the issue.
In an area of low service, relocate to a different area.
Antenna is damaged. Do not hold, bend, or twist the phone antenna at any time. Refer to the Antenna Replacement Guide.
Refer to the Antenna Replacement Guide to adjust the antenna.
In an area of low service, relocate to a different area.For best reception, extend the antenna fully.
