              Battery               
  • Flip the phone over and take off the back cover

  • Use button to remove battery from the phone.

              SIM Card               
  • Locate SIM card
  • Slide SIM card down and gently pull out of the card slot

              Volumn Button               
  • Locate the six (4mm) screws on the back of the phone.
  • Unscrew all six screws using a Phillips head #000 screwdriver.

Step 5

  • Locate volume button.
  • Starting at the top, pry the back casing of the phone.
  • Continue prying around the side of the phone. Being careful around the volume button.

Step 6

  • Remove back casing from the phone.
  • Relocate the volume button.
  • Gently push the volume button towards the interior of the back casing of the phone.

Step 7

  • Completely remove the volume button from the cell phone.

Completely remove the volume button from the cell phone.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
