Introduction

Step 1

              HEPA Filter

Press the latch below the HEPA filter on the bottom of the front body of the vacuum and pull outwards with your hands.
Pull the grey and blue plastic cover down and away with your hands.

Pull the HEPA filter out by the grey plastic tab in the middle of the grate with your hands.
Wiggle it around as you are pulling if the HEPA filter is not coming out easily.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.

I bought two different HEPA filters for the front, and they just blow off. What is the part with the tab that you push down to get the filter out? Is that an extra part cuz I don’t even have that.
