Step 1

              Water Tank Cap               
  • Turn off the Steam Pocket Mop and unplug it from the wall.
  • Be sure that the water in the water tank cools to room temperature before proceeding.

Step 2

  • Remove the water tank cap from the water tank reservoir.
  • Turn the cap towards the upward position.
  • Rotate counter-clockwise until it loosens.
  • When reassembling, align the grooves of new water tank cap with the opening of water tank reservoir and then push in.

Remove the water tank cap from the water tank reservoir.

Turn the cap towards the upward position.

Rotate counter-clockwise until it loosens.

When reassembling, align the grooves of new water tank cap with the opening of water tank reservoir and then push in.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.

Need a water cap for S3901 N3 11 Shark steam mop. They said they discontinued and I have ordered two online and neither will work. And I really going to have to buy a new one?
