In Microsoft Word, you can use a shortcut to select one sentence at a time. Press and hold down Ctrl and click with your left mouse button at the end of the sentence you want to select or highlight.
Once a sentence is selected, let go of the Ctrl key. If you want to delete that sentence, press Del. You can also right-click the highlighted text to change its properties.
If you continue to hold down Ctrl after a sentence is selected, and click-and-drag that sentence, you can make a copy of that sentence.
