Battery
- Press down on the grooved area firmly in the direction of arrow #1.
- While maintaining the downwards pressure, push the back cover in the direction of arrow #2 until the back cover slides off.

Step 2
- Turn off the phone before removing the battery to avoid damage.
- Press the latch on the battery in the direction of arrow #3.
- Lift battery at the cutout on the side of the phone, then tilt upwards and remove.
- It may be necessary to use the tip of a fingernail or a plastic lifting tool to remove the battery.

SIM Card
- With the phone turned onto its backside, gently slide the metal clasp up to unlock the SIM card.
- It may be easier to move the clasp with a plastic opening tool, but it is not required.
- The SIM card will spring up once the clasp is released.
- Remove the SIM card from phone.

- To replace the SIM card, insert the card back into the slot.
- While pressing the SIM card with one finger, slide the metal clasp down to lock the card in place.
