              Battery               
  • Press down on the grooved area firmly in the direction of arrow #1.
  • While maintaining the downwards pressure, push the back cover in the direction of arrow #2 until the back cover slides off.

Step 2

  • Turn off the phone before removing the battery to avoid damage.
  • Press the latch on the battery in the direction of arrow #3.
  • Lift battery at the cutout on the side of the phone, then tilt upwards and remove.
  • It may be necessary to use the tip of a fingernail or a plastic lifting tool to remove the battery.

Step 3

              SIM Card               
  • With the phone turned onto its backside, gently slide the metal clasp up to unlock the SIM card.
  • It may be easier to move the clasp with a plastic opening tool, but it is not required.
  • The SIM card will spring up once the clasp is released.
  • Remove the SIM card from phone.

Step 4

  • To replace the SIM card, insert the card back into the slot.
  • While pressing the SIM card with one finger, slide the metal clasp down to lock the card in place.
