Not seeing the LED light on Skullcandy Crusher Wireless indicates headphones are charging.
Check to see if there is any debris on the inside or if any debris is blocking the charging port on the side of the headphones. Inspect if the charging port is damaged and determine if it needs to be replaced. Use the flashlight on your phone to see a charging USB port at different angles.
Check if the charging cable is securely inserted on both sides (the USB charging port and the headphones USB port). You can look at the gap between cable and headphones, make sure to compare different sides.
Make sure you are using the recommended charging cable and power adapter. It does not exceed 18-Watts (5 Volts/3.6 amps). Use the sensitivity of your fingers to locate the label of the power adapter.
