  • Find the screw on the bottom of the door. Adjust the rollers to the highest setting to lift the rollers off track.

  • Lift the door off the track by grabbing both sides of the door and shimmy it out until it is loose.

  • Place the doors on a steady table or surface. On the bottom of the doors near where the rollers are, there are two screws. Remove the top one with the Phillips #3 screwdriver to release the rollers.

  • Now that the rollers are loose, slide them off of the door.

  • Install the new door rollers by sliding them into place where the old ones were removed.

  • Using the Phillips #3, adjust the new rollers so they are at their highest point inside the door frame to easily put door back on tracks.

  • Put the doors back on the tracks by first sliding the top part of the doors into place. After that slide in the lower part of the door.
  • Make sure your doors are on the track or they will not move properly.

  • Finally, readjust the rollers to the proper height where the doors roll smoothly. You may have to guess and check until the doors operate smoothly. To do this use a Phillips #3 screwdriver to tighten and loosen the screw until the desired height is found.

Sliding glass door rollers go through wear and tear, which can make the doors difficult to use. After completing this guide your doors should be rocking and rolling like new!
