Introduction

When bubbling, you have the problem that water leaks out and there hardly seems to be any carbon dioxide in the drink, even if you press the bubble button several times.

This seems to be a transport error, but you can easily fix it yourself!

Step 1

              Rear Cover removal
  • Slide the rear cover backwards and then upwards to remove it from the unit.
  • If you have already installed the CO2 cylinder, you should also remove it and place it upright.

Step 2

              Front Cover removal
  • Now you have to remove the front cover. Find the two clips on the open back of the device. They are located at about the same height as the QC sticker, which also contains the serial number of your device.
  • Carefully push one of the clips aside at a time while pulling a bit on the front cover to release it.
  • Then remove the front cover

Step 3

Check Components and align if necessary
  • At the open front side you can now carefully realign the holding mechanism. You will see a white and a black plastic component that should fit into each other. In my case, the pin on the right side has shifted.
  • Carefully lift the white element and push it into the opening.
  • If the white element is in the intended socket on both sides, you have another problem.

Put the front cover back on, put in your CO2-cylinder and put the back cover back on.

You’re all set. The problem should no longer occur.
