Sodastream Source Loader Tab Won T Move

Does your SodaStream Source’s loader tab not move when you apply pressure? SodaStream Sources are susceptible to a range of problems that could cause the tab to become stuck, most of which are simple to fix. Check the following possible causes to identify and solve the problem.

Before inserting the carbonation bottle, the nozzle and lever tab should be angled away from the SodaStream. The bottle should be inserted and then pushed back. Insert the carbonation bottle in this manner and try to use the machine again.

The SodaStream Source’s loader tab may be caught. Gently lift the tab away from the body of the SodaStream. The tab should begin angled away from the carbonation bottle. Insert the carbonation bottle and try to use the machine again.
