What you need

Step 1

              Solio Rocsta Top Cover Disassembly               
  • Locate, and unscrew, the three 5.72 mm screws that hold down the top cover using the T6 Torx screwdriver.

Step 2

  • Remove top cover.
  • Caution: the solar cell is attached to the top cover and connected to the circuit board by a short wire .

              Battery               
  • Using the spudger, pry the battery off the back cover.

Step 4

  • Using a T6 Torx screwdriver, unscrew the 5.66 mm screws attaching the circuit board to the case and flip the circuit board.

Step 5

  • With the circuit board flipped, locate the battery connector.
  • Hold the component attached to the circuit board the battery is connected to and wiggle the cable out.

Step 6

              LED               
  • Using a T6 Torx screwdriver, unscrew the 5.66 mm screws attaching the circuit board to the case.

Step 7

  • Flip the circuit board to be able to see where the LEDs are soldered to.
  • With a Soldering Iron, desolder the LEDs’ connectors.

Step 8

  • Gently pry the LEDs using one of the Precision Tweezers.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
