Step 1

              Grill Removal
  • Use a thin guitar pick to carefully pry up on the grill
  • Be sure the pick is being wedged between the side of the casing and the rubber grill frame, and not the plastic mesh itself!

              Grill Removal Continued
  • Continue freeing the grill
  • Make sure to note the circled posts when reinstalling to prevent damage

              Left Midwoofer Removal
  • Remove the four T20 screws securing the driver to the front panel.
  • Be sure to align the speaker properly with it’s alignment posts during reinstallation (third photo)

Step 4

              Disconnecting The Driver
  • The insulated terminal simply disconnects
  • The non insulated terminal has a tab that must be depressed to remove.
  • Remove the midwoofer from the unit

Step 5

              Center Midwoofer removal
  • Remove the four T20 screws securing the driver to the front panel.
  • Lift the midwoofer out of the cabinet slightly to disconnect the terminals
  • The center midwoofer driver wires are extremely short. Care must be taken to not strain the wires. This is a two handed operation of holding the driver while disconnecting the terminals
  • The insulated terminal simply slides off, but the non insulated terminal has a locking tab that must be depressed.

              Right Midwoofer Removal

  • The left noninsulated terminal has a locking tab that must be depressed. The right terminal simply pulls off

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
