Your camera will not turn on.

Make sure that the battery pack you use is properly charged, as well as that you know where to place it. Use [insert guide here] for a step-by-step walkthrough.

Place the camera upright and find the button at the very forefront of the camera on the right. Turn the dial from OFF to ON.

Your pictures are not coming out bright or clear.

This camera comes with an attached flash, but if using a flash attachment, then make sure it it is a Sony approved accessory. The built in flash should work by pushing the jagged downward pointing arrow on the camera. Use [insert guide here] for a step-by-step walkthrough.

You are having problems with getting the camera strap on/off.

First, make sure the camera strap is either the one that came with the camera, or one that is an approved accessory by Sony.

Use [insert guide here] for a step-by-step walkthrough on attaching the camera strap.

Follow the Attaching the Camera Strap guide in reverse order but remove rather than insert where applicable.

Your photos will not transfer from camera to computer.

If your computer does not come with a Micro USB reader, then a Micro USB Cord that is made for the Sony α6000 specifically will need to be used in order to extract photos from the camera and onto a computer. If your computer does have a Micro USB reader, simply insert the card into the corresponding slot in the computer.

Follow [insert guide here] in order to know how to access the memory card.
