• Flip the camera over to look at the bottom side.

• Place thumb on battery cover and slide outward until it springs open.

• Remove the batteries.

Remove the batteries.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.

I got the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-H300. I didn’t see any battery charge pack in it, only the batteries.

Please I want to know if I’m required to charge the batteries or only replace them when they discharge

This uses AA batteries. I’m sure you could use rechargeable batteries as well but I just replace them
